This means that clients have a single point of contact which is communication and accountability. We work closely together with you which leads to fewer potential issues that can arise when the teams are separate. Streamlined project timelines. This model also comes with a fixed contract price, allowing better cost predictability. Since we are responsible for the contract you transfer a significant portion of the project risk to us. We are responsible for both cost overruns and delays unless due to change order.
How a design and build contractor handles the phases of a construction project

The project started in the pre-construction phase. During this phase the project’s goals, requirements, and budget are defined. We pride ourselves on our listening skills. By understanding the requirements we can successfully navigate your project to the last detail.

During the design phase we work together with you as the client to develop the initial concept. Once your input is gathered detailed designs are created which include architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.

The construction phase is when we implement the design while coordinating with designers to resolve any on-site issues. Most importantly during this phase we check and validate build quality and conduct our own inspections so that when the final municipal inspection takes place it passes without a problem.

During the handover and post-construction phase, we are still there with you. We offer post-construction support and maintenance as requested by the client.
